Check-in – after 2:00 p.m.;
Release – until 12:00. In case of late vacating the rooms, the following fees are payable: until 4:00 p.m. – BGN 30.00, after 4:00 p.m. – the price of one night for the corresponding type of room;
In case of premature release of a room – THE AMOUNT IS NOT REFUNDED!!!
Method of payment:
Each confirmed booking must be prepaid with 50% of the value within 3 days of confirmation. Otherwise, it will be considered invalid.
The additional payment of the entire amount should be made by 10.04.2023 at the latest
All reservations made after 30.03.2023. 100% must be paid within 3 days of booking;
Cancellations:
Cancellations of confirmed reservations until 20.03.2023. including will not be sanctioned by the hotelier;
Cancellations after March 20, 2023, the hotelier reserves the right to a deduction of 50% of the package amount.
Cancellations made after 04/10/2023, the hotelier reserves the right to a penalty of 100% of the package amount.
For No-Show reservations, the hotel reserves the right to sanction 100% of the amount
