RESERVATIONS AND ACCOMMODATION

The management of IZVORA OOD undertakes to ensure the use of the services requested and paid for by the client by online reservation, in their full quantity and quality according to the data provided by the client through the booking form for: client’s name, period, number of nights, number of adults and children, price per night.

All wishes of the customer, filled in the “Remarks” field of the reservation form, will be satisfied if possible.

Only persons under the specified age on the date of arrival are accepted in the reservation for children.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

The prices on the website of IZVORA OOD are in BGN (BGN), including VAT, tourist tax and insurance. The total amount owed by the customer is calculated automatically, depending on the number of days, the number of adults and children and the current price offer for the relevant period.

When making online reservations for the purpose of guarantee, it is necessary to pay 30% of the total amount of the reservation at the time of booking, by debit/credit card or at the latest within the specified period after the reservation by bank transfer.

IZVORA OOD reserves the right to change prices and special offers on its website depending on demand and currently available vacancies. For already made, confirmed and paid reservations, the amount due does not change, regardless of the new price offers presented.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS

In case of cancellation, non-use or change of an already paid online reservation by the customer, IZVORA OOD refunds the amount paid upon request, charging the corresponding penalty:

Changes to a reservation without penalty are made up to 7 days before the check-in date.

Cancellation without penalty is made up to 7 days before the check-in date.

In case of change or cancellation after this period, a penalty equal to the prepaid deposit is due.

In the case of a refund of a paid amount, all costs of the transfer (bank fees and others) are for the account of the client. Refunds due to cancellation are made within a 30-day period depending on the method of payment, the amounts are refunded only to the bank account from which they were received. Your card data is only used by the intermediary bank and is not stored by us.

TYPES OF PAYMENTS

Payment can be made in 3 different ways:

Electronically with a debit or credit card

We accept payments by Visa, Visa Electron, V Pay, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic or Maestro cards. When choosing this payment method, a payment page of our servicing bank (DSK) opens, where you enter your card details. If you are registered with the Verified by VISA or MasterCard SecureCode authentication schemes, an authentication page of your Issuing bank opens, where you enter your authentication password. When a transaction is successful, a transaction note is displayed on the screen, which you print or save.

Your card details are only used by the intermediary bank and are not stored by us.

To protect you from abuse when paying with your Visa or MasterCard card, we apply the best practices recommended by international card organizations:

Security when entering and transferring card data is ensured by using the SSL protocol to encrypt the connection between our server and the payment page of our servicing bank.

The authenticity of your card is verified by entering a security code (CVV2).

In addition, to identify you as a cardholder, the e-commerce payment server of our servicing bank supports the authentication schemes of international card organizations – Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode, in case you are registered to use them.

At the time of online booking, the mentioned amounts will be automatically withdrawn from your card at the end of the payment process.

 

From the point of view of security, the maximum amount for payment by card is BGN 3,000.

By bank transfer

The payment of the specified amount must be made at the latest within the period indicated after the reservation. After making the payment, it is recommended to send a copy of the payment document to reservation@aquamarine-kranevo.com, with the reservation number being entered in the reason for payment.

In cash, at the reception of IZVORA OOD

For reservations with a check-in start date in the next 3 days, it is recommended to choose cash payment at reception to speed up the reservation processing process.

IMPORTANT!

If the internet reservation is not paid within the specified period and a copy of the payment document is not sent when paying by bank transfer, your reservation will be automatically canceled by the reservation system.

In case you are prevented from paying the amount for an already made online reservation, please notify us by e-mail: reservation@aquamarine-kranevo.com. In case of non-compliance with this condition, IZVORA OOD has the right to seek responsibility and fines for completed and unpaid reservations.

REFUNDS

In the event that the customer cancels their reservation under the above conditions, we will refund the amount using the same payment method that was used to make the reservation.

A refund of an amount paid by bank card or bank transfer can only be made to the bank card or bank account used for the payment. All bank charges for this transaction are at the customer’s expense.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

IZVORA OOD undertakes to provide the client with the services requested and paid for in full.

IZVORA OOD undertakes not to change the price of the services requested by the client, except in exceptional cases, when this is economically justified.

IZVORA OOD is not responsible for damages caused by actions of third parties.

Sums for services requested but not used in whole or in part due to the client’s fault are not refunded.

The customer assumes the responsibility to observe generally accepted norms of good behavior during his stay at the hotel. All costs for material damage caused to the hotel are owed by the customer.

IZVORA OOD reserves the right to change the information on this page and the general terms and conditions at any time. Although every effort is made to provide true and accurate information, this cannot always be guaranteed.

When a customer makes a reservation, he is considered to have read and agree to these general terms and conditions. Reservations accepted by phone, e-mail or through our website are considered to be an emerging contractual relationship. The payment made is considered acceptance of the general terms and conditions for staying at the hotel.

For all disputes and legal issues not settled by these general terms and conditions and the privacy policy and arising in connection with the use of the site www.aquamarine-kranevo.com, the statutory mandatory provisions in the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.
