You also have the right to request that your data be corrected, blocked or deleted. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

Analytics and third-party tools. When you visit our website, your surfing behaviour may be statistically assessed. This is done primarily with cookies and with so-called analytics. Your surfing behaviour is usually analysed anonymously; the surfing behaviour cannot be traced back to you. You can object to this analysis or prevent it by not using certain tools. Revocation of your consent to data processing. Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time. An informal notification by email to us is sufficient. The legality of data processing carried out before the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In the event of violations of data protection law, the person concerned has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.  The competent supervisory authority on data protection matters is the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Commission. Right to data portability. You have the right to have data that we process automatically based on your consent or in fulfilment of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another person responsible, this will only be done if technically feasible.

SSL or TLS encryption. This website uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential information, such as the orders or requests you send to us as the website operator. You can tell that a connection is encrypted by looking at the address line of your browser and noting that “http://” has changed to “https://” and seeing the lock icon in the browser line.

If SSL or TLS encryption is enabled, the data you send us cannot be viewed by third parties.

Information, blocking, deletion. Within the framework of the applicable legal provisions, you have the right to free information about your stored personal data, their origin and recipient and the purpose of data processing and, if necessary, the right to correct, block or delete these data. Objection to marketing emails. We hereby object to the use of contact data published within the framework of the imprint obligation for sending unsolicited advertising and information material. The operators of the pages expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited sending of advertising information, such as spam emails.

Server log files. The website provider automatically collects and stores information in what is known as server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

  • Host name of accessing computer
  • Time of server request
  • IP address

These data are not merged with other data sources.

The basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, which allows the processing of data to fulfil a contract or pre-contractual measures.

Contact form. If you send us inquiries using the contact form or accept our services, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on these data without your consent.

Data entered in the contact form are processed exclusively on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. You can withdraw this consent at any time. An informal notification by email to us is sufficient. The legality of data processing operations carried out before the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request their deletion, revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed or when the contractual relationship is no longer valid). Mandatory legal provisions – especially retention periods – remain unaffected.

  1. Analytics and advertising

Google Analytics. This website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”. These are text files stored on your computer to enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about the use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

IP anonymisation. We have enabled the IP anonymisation feature on this website. This means Google will truncate your IP address within any member state of the European Union or within any member state of the Treaty on the European Economic Area prior to its transmission to the United States. Only in exceptional situations will your full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the United States and truncated there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of analysing your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity, and providing other services related to website activity and internet usage for the website operator. The IP address submitted by your browser within the framework of Google Analytics is not merged with other data by Google.

Browser Plugin.
